Travis looked at my well when I had others tell me I needed a new well and told me I just needed a new well pump he was very professional fast and done a great job my well is working great and didn't have to pay to get a new well dug. I will highly recommend him to anyone whose has a well issue he's honest and straight forward with you.

June 22, 2024Failed well pump - We were Very impressed!! We lost water early AM hours. I called Grove & Son and requested an estimate. Travis was so gracious to stop and look at my issue on his way to another location. He arrived w/in an hour of us speaking. He determined we had a failed pump and quoted me a price. After consulting a few other places, Travis agreed to match best price, and was able to do the work same day!!! After being told by several other companies that schedules were full and nothing could be done until the following week. Travis and crew were at my house working before I even got home from work. He quickly had the water up and running for us. And he accepts CCs. We have a pool party scheduled this Saturday, and thought for sure we would have to cancel when this all went down. But thanks to Grove & Son’s excellent customer service and flexibility, we have running water less than 12 hours later. Big recommendation!!! 👍🙏 Can’t thank you enough!

Travis was great. We had a well pump replaced and had 3 quotes. Travis was the only one that looked at the well pump in detail and explained everything in detail. He also gave the best quote. The bigger companies were only worried about selling more stuff. I will use Travis for all my plumbing needs in the future. Can't say enough about his professionalism and quality of work.

March 22, 2024Travis came out on a Saturday to fix an issue with our well. He was timely, professional, quick to pinpoint and fix the problem. He gave us some education on owning a well since this is our first time with the experience and even went into the crawl space to give us perspective of the entire system - above and beyond.

Grove & Son installed a new pump and wires that supposedly was done correctly by a so called plumber. They arrived within a half hour after I called them. The worked hard and I now have water again. They informed me of each job they had to do to get my water back on. I highly recommend them and will use them again as needed. They are very professional and friendly.

March 22, 2024I always try to support the local businesses and Grove and Sons did not disappoint. I used them to replace a bladder tank for my well in my basement. After coming to inspect it and seeing the aged shape it was in he returned promptly to replace it. Great customer service, prompt repairs and I will be using him again for some AC work that needs done. Highly recommend!!

August 22, 2024Woke up to having no water at my home on a Sunday. I called Grove and sons around 8a.m. He was traveling back from Tennessee. I gave him my address. Travis and Johnny showed up at 4pm and didn't finish until my family had water. I have to say you Sir provide excellent customer service and a person true to there word! I definitely would recommend them . Hands down good people !!! Thank You!!!
