He was responsive, prompt, informative, fair, honest, and... read more most importantly, he fixed the root of the problem. Unfortunately, he had to come fix another (much bigger) company’s work, who did not do their due-diligence. Grove & Sons clearly explained the issue and how he fixed it, stayed to test to ensure it was working, and gave us info on how to keep it from happening again. Seem to be good people doing quality work, plain & simple. Our little family is very relieved & grateful.

My oil furnace kicked the bucket, he was able to come out the next morning and diagnose the problem, tracked down the parts needed and came back out... read more to do the repair later in the afternoon. Another problem popped up, and he got what was needed the next morning and got the system up and running. It's been hard finding someone who is knowledgeable (and affordable) to work on an oil furnace, but these guys were able to get out to make the repairs the next day. Highly recommend them if you need some work done.
