January 20, 2025We had a well pump start to die on us after the Thanksgiving holiday, leaving my family with intermittent water to the house over the weekend. I called Grove & Son on Sunday, and they were at the house promptly on Monday afternoon. Communication about scheduling was excellent. The crew arrived and set immediately to work. They found issues with the original installation of the well, and provided clear options and prices to resolve the problems with the well's downpipe. A few hours later, the house had better water pressure than it has had in years. I was also impressed that they are using high-quality well pumps that are designed, assembled, and tested in the USA. I expect to not have to worry about my well pump for years to come.

December 27, 2024Incredible Service on a Freezing Cold Day! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. On one of the coldest, most bitter days, my plumbing stopped working entirely. I’m located in Colonial Beach, Virginia, and these heroes came all the way from Mechanicsville, Maryland, to help me out. Within just two hours, they were at my door—on a freezing day, no less! Turns out, the check valve or expansion valve on my well plumbing had busted. To give you an idea of what they were up against, this setup was from the 60s or 70s—a total mess. They didn’t hesitate for a second. They jumped into a hole filled with freezing water, drained it, diagnosed the problem, and replaced everything down there. Three guys spent two hours in bitter cold, working in water, and what I got was a top-of-the-line, brand-new installation. The best part? They charged me only $680 out the door. This included several hundred dollars of new equipment, including a pressure regulator, gauge, and emergency valve. Honestly, I was blown away. Their work ethic, professionalism, and pricing were phenomenal. If you’re dealing with plumbing issues, especially anything involving a well pump, I can’t recommend these guys enough. They’re efficient, skilled, and truly go above and beyond—even in the worst conditions. I’m incredibly happy with their service!

We highly recommend Grove & Son Well & Service Repair. On a Friday morning we came home to no running water. After calling multiple local well and service companies, Grove and Son was the first to respond and provide same day service. Grove and Son was able to respond, diagnose, and repair our Well pump and expansion tank. The entire team was professional, informative, and kept all lines of communication open from the moment we called. November 19, 2024Woke up to having no water at my home on a Sunday. I called Grove and sons around 8a.m. He was traveling back from Tennessee. I gave him my address. Travis and Johnny showed up at 4pm and didn't finish until my family had water. I have to say you Sir provide excellent customer service and a person true to there word! I definitely would recommend them . Hands down good people !!! Thank You!!!

November 15, 2024Want to thank these guys so much. We have a small farm and found ourselves without water and they were able to swing by and check it out within a couple hours. Seems we had unknowingly turned off our emergency switch for the well. They quickly found the problem and didn't charge us anything for the inconvenience. Couldn't recommend more.
